Hi, I’m Michelle Cauley. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Cognitive Coach who works with individual adults and couples experiencing high functioning depression, stress and anxiety. My goal is to help you pause, recognize and understand your inner voice and then rewrite your script so you can get back to living your life.
Growing up in a small town watching my parents and the natural helpers they were, it is what I thought life was all about. You give, you help and always be of service. This helped to shape me into the person I am today. Simultaneously, I had to learn the hard way. I only have the capacity to give so much. I must take care of myself first! Once my bucket is full, I can then help others. My life experiences are what led me to become the Therapist and Coach I am today.
Being a Therapist and Coach is fulfilling. I love helping you become healthier, more empowered and watching your life transform. The most rewarding thing about being a Therapist is seeing you walk away lighter, experiencing freedom and excited about your life. I am committed to helping you get back to living.
I have a natural ability to:
Our sessions will provide you with the space to focus on yourself without feeling selfish. In feeling safe and comfortable, you’ll be able to gain clarity and express your thoughts and feelings.
It’s important to me to provide a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and ensure that our process is collaborative. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
