Hi, I’m Aaron White. I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who works with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, lack self-esteem, relationship issues, stress-management, parenting challenges, racial identity, and work/life balance. I also work with those experiencing multiple areas of grief and loss; the loss of a relationship, death of a loved one or the loss of a job. My goal is to help you reduce your negative self-talk, feelings of overwhelm and stress. I am committed to helping you get to a point where your life is manageable again.

My Journey To Becoming A Therapist


Growing up playing sports, I realized that many athletes did not have an outlet or someone they could confide in to help them through stressful situations. When my dad died, I had to lean on family and friends. Not having professional support later made me realize the importance of having a positive outlet like therapy and how it is a powerful tool that can assist people in their life. My life experiences are what has led me to become the Therapist I am today.

Being a Therapist is rewarding and an honor. I love supporting people on their journey to become healthier, more empowered and seeing them utilize positive coping strategies to assist themselves for a more satisfying life. 

I have a natural ability to:

Our Sessions Are Focused On You

Our sessions will provide you with the ability to feel safe and comfortable, allowing you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and goals and be in touch with yourself.

It’s important you are provided a non-judgemental space where you can be yourself and check in on your progress as we go. There isn’t a “one size fits all” approach to our therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.

3 STEP PROCESS TO GET STARTED

When you reach out, you will talk to our Clinical Manager, Emily. Share what is going on for you, ask any questions you may have and if it is determined that we are a good fit, you will get scheduled for your first session.

Emily will gather information and send you an email to register for our client portal to complete intake documentation prior to our initial 50-minute session.

All online sessions are held via video, in which you will be sent a link prior to the appointment day/time. You will begin your healing journey with your therapist by establishing a connection first, sharing your story and discovering what your goals are. Therapy is an active process and unique to each individual.
