Hi, I am Keisha Kasozi. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults who have ongoing challenges with depression and anxiety, experience childhood trauma, strong feelings of grief over the loss of a loved one, and trouble communicating in their relationships. My goal is to help you stop feeling overwhelmed, depressed, burned out, numb and dwelling on negative thoughts. I am here to encourage you to see that healing and transformation is possible.
Our sessions will provide you with the space to be yourself. In feeling safe and comfortable, you will be understood and heard.
It is important to me to create safety within the session and stay open to any feedback and questions you may have. There is not a “one size fits all” approach to therapy. Our sessions will fit your specific needs and concerns.
