Appointments are available during the day and evenings Monday through Friday between 9:30am and 8:00pm. We have limited availability on weekends.

Via I-405 S
- Start by heading East on US-101 S.
- Take exit 19A to merge onto I-405 S/San Diego Fwy.
- Take exit 55B-C to merge onto Wilshire Blvd at Jackie Robinson Stadium.
- Continue on Wilshire Blvd, passing the Los Angeles Passport Agency on your right.
- Turn left onto S Santa Monica BLVD. Our office will be on the right.
Via I-10 W
- Start by heading west on I-5 N.
- take exit 134A for I-10 W toward Santa Monica.
- Continue onto I-10 W as you pass idyllic on the right.
- Take exit 6 for Robertson Blvd.
- Turn right onto S Robertson Blvd at the Shell gas station.
- Turn left onto Wilshire Blvd after passing Aston Martin Beverly Hills.
- Turn right onto N Rexford Dr at Alta Medispa.
- Turn left onto S Santa Monica Blvd. Our office will be on the left.
